This section describes the affective (or emotional) processes (i.e. things I am passionate about, where I would love to be in the future).
Education tends to reward the cognitive processes, which often leads to a disconnect between the affective and psychomotor domains. Our inner-ecologies must be in balance before we can work to fix the outer-ecologies. Sustainable well-being requires passion, compassion, empathy, love, and affinity for all living beings. This includes humans from all walks of life as well as the non-human components of the world.
